LEVLL - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website mylevll.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by LEVLL LTD ("LEVLL", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17349716, with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

LEVLL is a sport-specific performance wellness platform helping amateur athletes (golf, padel, football, rugby, tennis, running, gym, cycling) find supplements and recovery products suited to their activity, with the support of our Fuel / Play / Recover assessment quiz.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to purchase from LEVLL. Some products (e.g. certain supplements) are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or with pre-existing medical conditions — always check product labels and consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Not Medical Advice

LEVLL's quiz, product recommendations, and content are provided for general informational and lifestyle purposes only. They are not medical advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Recommendations are generated from the answers you provide and general product attributes — they do not account for your full medical history. Always consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered nutritionist before starting any new supplement, particularly if you take medication or have a medical condition.

4. Products, Sourcing & Fulfilment

• Many products sold on the Site are fulfilled via third-party suppliers (including dropship partners) and may ship directly from that supplier rather than from LEVLL.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct pricing/description errors and to cancel and refund an order affected by such an error.
• Product availability is not guaranteed; we may substitute, delay, or cancel an item if a supplier is out of stock, and will notify you and refund accordingly.
• Some products displayed may link out to third-party retailers (e.g. via affiliate links, including Amazon). Purchases made on a third-party site are governed by that retailer's own terms, and LEVLL is not the seller of record for those items — see Section 9.

5. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only once we send order confirmation.
• Prices are shown in GBP (or as displayed) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price charged.
• Payment is processed securely via our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. As many orders are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, delivery times may vary by product and are outside our direct control.
• Risk in goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for items that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (this applies to many supplement/consumable products) — these cannot be returned once opened, unless faulty.
• To request a return, contact support@mylevll.com within 14 days. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or evidence of return where the item does not need to be sent back, e.g. as directed by us).
• Faulty or damaged items: contact us with photos and your order number; we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Health & Wearable Data Integrations

If you connect a third-party wearable or fitness account (e.g. Whoop, Garmin) to LEVLL, that data is used to personalise recommendations as described in our Privacy Policy. You control this connection and can disconnect it at any time via your account settings or the relevant third-party app.

9. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Sites

LEVLL may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through affiliate links on the Site (for example, Amazon Associates). This does not affect the price you pay. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or checkout process of third-party sites you're directed to.

10. Account & Quiz Data

Where you create an account or complete the LEVLL quiz, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of information you provide. Recommendations are only as accurate as the information you give us.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logo, quiz methodology, copy, design) is owned by or licensed to LEVLL and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Marketing Communications

If you opt in, we may email you marketing communications via our email platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or via your account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, LEVLL's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes arising from use of supplements contrary to label instructions or medical advice.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on the Site at the time of your order.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
